Career
He began his music studies in 1972 with Sofia Helena Freitas Guimarães de Oliveira, being part of the 1979 Flute Set "Guiomar Novaes" and winning in 1981 the award for Best Classical Instrumental Set by APCA (Paulista Association of Art Critics).
Popular Piano at the Santa Cecilia Musical Conservatory of the Capital with Prof. Cecília Gorini from 1981 to 1983 - Graduation “Gold Medal”.
In 1984 he joined the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo (ECA-USP) graduating with a Bachelor's Degree (clarinet) in 1989 in Music at the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo (ECA-USP).
Master's Degree in 2007 in Popular Music (piano) by the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP).
